Nadia Yasmin Binti Osman (Roll No. 1183)
Nadia Yasmin Binti Osman graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the
University of the West of England, Bristol, U.K. She proceeded to complete the bar
Professional Training Course at Cardiff University, U.K. and was called to the Bar of
England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, London, U.K.
in 2015.
She then returned to Sabah and was called to the Bar in 2017 having read in the
Chamber of * in Messrs. Shelley Yap. She then commenced practice in Messrs. Lim,
Chung & Zahbia (K.K.) and thereafter in April 2019 she joins Messrs. K F Chong & Co.
In August of 2025 she joins Messrs. A Razak & Rozin as partner, forming Messrs. A
Razak, Rozin & Osman.
Her areas of practice focused heavily on conveyancing matters which included
working alongside distinguished organizations as a property developer panel
solicitors and preparing various security and collateral documents for financial
institutions.
Her expertise includes drafting agreements in relation to sale of lands and
properties, preparation of security documents for retail and corporate facilities
(Islamic and Conventional), drafting of wills and handling probate and
administration matters.
She also represents clients in general commercial litigation matters such as debt
recovery cases and is experienced in advisory works on real property, property
development and land matters, particularly in connection with projects and
infrastructure development.
