Farah Saira Binti Abd Razak (Roll No. 1077)
Farah Saira Binti Abd Razak graduated with double law degrees from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She completed her Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Legal Studies (Honours) in second class upper. She was called to the Sabah Bar in 2015, having read in the Chambers of Datuk Haji Adnan Bin Haji Puteh and thereafter commenced practice with Adnan Puteh & Saleh which she remained for 9 years prior to establishing her own Firm.
She constantly appears in the High Court as well as the Appellate Courts. Being an experienced Civil Litigator, she leads on various private and public matters which includes but not limited to matters in relation to statutory oppression and alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and adjudication.
She has also appeared in Federal Court for quasi-criminal matters and has represented clients on matters pertaining to the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act and Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act.
Farah Saira is also active in advising corporate Clients in the corporate and commercial division of the Firm including statutory bodies and government-link companies in Sabah and had attended various Sublease Agreements and Joint Venture Development Agreements.
